GROUNDS & HALL FULL DAY

This package includes rental of both the banquet hall & exterior grounds with dedicated event space. consisting of the field, tent, 8 picnic tables, horseshoe pit, bocce-ball court.
Public Pricing: $1750*

BANQUET HALL

This package includes rental of the Banquet Hall for 6 hours.
Hours are scheduled from 10am-4pm OR 5-11 pm
Public Pricing: $800*

EXTERIOR GROUNDS

This package includes rental of the exterior grounds for 6 hours and includes outdoor tent with 8 picnic tables, field, shoreline fishing spots, horseshoe pit, and boche-ball court. Hours are scheduled from 10am-4pm OR 5-11pm.

This package does not secure Banquet Hall as a backup in the event of inclement weather. To book both spaces, must book Full package.


A-LA-CARTE PRICES

The Banquet Hall and Exterior Grounds are available to rent hourly/a-la-carte. Time windows for scheduling are between 11am-4pm OR 5 -11pm. Prices & fees associate with a-la-carte rentals are listed below.

Hourly Rate: $150/hr (minimum 4 hours)
Bartender Fee: $75
Required Maintenance/Cleaning Fee: $75
Inclement weather reservation fee: $150


Additional Fees

Bar tender (4 hours): $100
Each additional hour per bartender: $50

Open bar has 20% gratuity automatically added

Events with 100+ attendees require two additional staff/bar tenders. Events with 200+ attendees require three additional staff members. Please discuss your event attendance with our event coordinator.

Payment & Cancellation Policies

A 50% Non Refundable deposit is due at the time of signing the contract to secure your event date. The balance of the rental amount is due 6 weeks prior to the event. If payment is not received in full prior to your event – your event will be cancelled. If there is an issue with making a payment, please contact the natickamvets.eventcoordinator@gmail.com to stay in clear and consistent communication.

Payment options include: Cash, Check PayPal Online. Please make check out to Amvets #79 Natick.

Cancellation of a signed contract is after 7 days of signing only. (Under extreme situations Post Leadership will review and consider reasoning for cancellation – again you must stay in constant communication with The Post’s event coordinator)

Special Pricing*

Veteran Members* are eligible for 50% off rental fees (including a-la-carte rentals).
For Celebration of Life (Funeral) Services for a Veteran who has a connection to our Post (lives in our area, knows someone or has been referred to us), the hall rental is free.

In all above cases, the $50 maintenance/cleaning fee and $50 bartender fee (for groups under 100) still apply.

*Members must be in good standing for one year prior to event and have completed their 5 hours of volunteer service hours before they are eligible for discounts on rentals.
