With the interest of encouraging fellowship and wellness amongst Veterans and their families, Amvets Post 79 hosts many activities, gatherings and events throughout the year.
Our members can enjoy a number of on-site activities that include relaxing with their family or fellow Veterans on our private beach, attending free Veteran focused yoga classes, enjoying the serenity of lake while fishing or using our boat ramp to spend a relaxing day on the lake.
We also host many gatherings, events and fundraisers which benefit Veterans, their families or a number of other charitable donations.
Turkey for Veterans Annual Event
Natick Amvets Post # 79 is sponsoring our 10th annual Turkey for Vets activity. A free turkey and/or gift cards will be provided to local area Veterans for the Thanksgiving holiday to say THANK YOU for their service.

Food Donation Services
Our post arranges Food Donation Services for Veterans. Veterans and families are invited to pick up food for themselves, other Veterans and immediate-live in family members or roommates.

Air Pistol Classes
The classes are designed to teach young athletes up to 20 years old on how to safely and accurately shoot Olympic style air pistols.
