On Saturday November 19, Natick Amvets Post 79 and Camp Arrowhead American Veterans Association will be conducting our 9th Annual Turkeys for Veterans event to simply say ‘THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE’ to Metro-West area Veterans.

More information on how Veterans can sign up for a Turkey and/or a Gift Card will be posted soon.

During the last 49 years we were able to thank over 1800 local Veterans with frozen turkeys or gift cards to a local supermarket. This year we expect this number to grow significantly. Even though we advertise that this gesture is NOT based on need many of the Veterans in past years appeared to need the help.

As the number of Veterans continues to increase so does the financial requirements to successfully run this event. We are reaching out to you to financially support our Holiday appeal with a donation.
